About Sydney Delanty

Dan and Sydney Delanty of The Delanty Group have been together for almost 30 years and have been real estate investors throughout the Southeast for almost 20 years. Combining years of experience in Advertising Sales (Television, Digital and Print), Home Builder Marketing, and helping local business owners build effective brand awareness campaigns, partnering "professionally" in Real Estate Sales seems a perfect fit. Sydney is the proud parent of three sons (Jack, and Max Daniel) raised in the Mount Pleasant area.

 

Sydney has served many years as an active leader and volunteer with the PTA and in schools and both Dan and Sydney are active volunteers with Helping and Lending Outreach Support (HALOS), a local Kinship Care philanthropy. Whether helping local sellers, buyers, investors, or our nation's heroes (veterans active military) and their families, Sydney is here to help make sure every client becomes a "client for life".
