Dan Delanty formed The Delanty Group with Coldwell Banker in 2019 and they have been breaking records and helping their clients achieve their goals ever since. With exceptional performance in the luxury home market, Dan has achieved Guild Member status with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Dan and his family moved to the Lowcountry in 2008. For 17 years, Dan led sales teams in television and digital advertising, helping local businesses grow by connecting them with their target audiences.

Dan is a veteran real estate investor with over 25 years of experience in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida. He received a bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia. Dan is a founding member of Charleston Leaders and serves as a board member with Helping and Lending Outreach Support (HALOS), a nonprofit supporting kinship care families in the Lowcountry. He and Sydney have three sons, ages 15, 22, and 25, and two Goldendoodles. Dan's interests include travel, reading, running, and red wine.
